'Big Think' books published in collaboration with a major existing press may be the Gold Standard in terms of cachet and we can write you a Publishing Proposal that can achieve this: Susan has a background and contacts in the London publishing world, knows what Comm. Eds are looking for, has lectured on Pitching for Publication and has a track record of achieving deals with respected presses based on her proposals.
This being said, self-publishing has its own benefits, namely massively increased control and a speeded-up timeframe.

ONGOING STRATEGY & SUPPORT PACKAGE (ANNUAL AGREEMENT/paid by Monthly Subscription)

If you already have in-house writers but are looking for higher-level Strategy and Oversight we offer an ongoing Hand-Holding Service. This has the benefits of enabling you to retain your own writers whilst deploying Thought Leadership Strategy and Editorial and Publishing Oversight Consultancy out of house, while at the same time saving on full rate one-off Strategy Consultation fees. Perhaps most crucially, due to the ongoing nature of the arrangement, we are able to gain incrementally more in-depth knowledge of your business & needs as we go along, meaning we can also offer insights into Vision/Mission & IP maximisation.

The Package provides you with a single, nominated day per week fully dedicated to your Company and which will include our Strategy meetings and our working on / overseeing your people, materials and publishing strategy alone, with full access to Susan all day by video call, email and phone. You will also of course have Support the rest of the week by email outside of this nominated day but given we will be working with other Clients, we will endeavour to reply to these within 24 hours and recommend that urgent issues be dealt with on the nominated day.
